OFFICIAL: Inter terminate Alexis Sanchez contract

Alexis Sanchez bids farewell to Inter Milan. The Italian club made official on Monday afternoon the termination of the contract of the Chilean striker, who still had one year left on his contract.

This operation will be far from free for the Lombardy club. According to 'L'Equipe', the 'Nerazzurri' will have to pay around 4.5 million euros.

At 33 years of age, Alexis leaves the Giuseppe Meazza after three poor seasons. Despite always having a good reputation and a big name, he made just 40 starts in the 109 games he played. In total, he managed to score 20 goals and provide eight assists.

Now, as a free agent, it seems that Marseille will be his next destination. According to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', he will sign with Olympique for two seasons and will receive three million euros for each of them.
