Newcastle to make new bid for Yoane Wissa

Brentford could lose their two biggest stars in the same window. After it was confirmed that Bryan Mbeumo was leaving the Bees to join Manchester United in a 75 million euro deal, Keith Andrews' side could suffer another big loss.

Yoane Wissa, who has been Brentford's most lethal attacker alongside Bryan Mbeumo, could leave the Gtech Community Stadium to try his luck at Newcastle.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Magpies are set to approach the Bees with a new offer to try and land the 28-year-old striker, who is keen to join Howe's side for a shot at Champions League football in the forthcoming campaign.

Yoane Wissa has been one of the most effective strikers in the Premier League this season, scoring 19 goals and assisting four in 35 domestic appearances, all but one of them starts.
