Why Jordan v Spain will not be an official friendly for FIFA

The Spanish FA (RFEF) have agreed with the FIFA for the match between Jordan and Spain to be recognised as a training match and not an international friendly, 'COPE' reports.
Therefore, stats from this match (Thursday 17:00 CET) will not count for footballers of both teams although Spain have their minds on the start of the World Cup against Costa Rica.
The RFEF have decided to increase the number of subsitutions allowed from six to 11 so that Luis Enrique can make more changes.
It will be the Spanish national team's final friendly. Luis Enrique confirmed that Morata, Marcos Llorente and Guillamon will miss it as a precaution and Spain will use the match to experiment ahead of their first game. That is against Costa Rica on Wednesday.
