On Sunday, Spain's group will be decided by England and Croatia at Wembley. A home victory will put England through to the semi-finals, while a Croatia win would see them progress. A draw, however, would see 'La Roja' into the next round and also see the World Cup runners-up relegated to League B.
In Group 1, the Netherlands need to score against the already relegated Germany to take first place and qualify for the 'Final Four', to be held in Portugal in June. Only a defeat to Löw's side would see France progress in their place.
In Group 2, Iceland already know they will suffer relegation. Switzerland and Belgium compete for first place on Swiss soil. An away victory or a draw take the Belgians to the finals, while Switzerland would finish top if they were to win by two clear goals, or if they were to win 1-0 or 2-1. A 3-2 scoreline would leave them in second place.
Group 3 is already concluded. With Portugal already in the semi-finals, their game with Poland is a mere formality. Poland have already been relegated to League B.
