"We dream, but it is important to keep our feet on the ground"

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick admitted after Sunday's 4-1 win over Girona that what he “loves” and what “pleases” him most about his players is that “they always want to score”.
The German coach, “very satisfied” with the match completed by Barca, claimed the “mentality” and “attitude” of the team and celebrated that “everyone is happy right now”: from the club to the fans through the team itself.
“I see the team very focused. They don't dream too high. We dream, but it's important to keep our feet on the ground, work hard and stay focused,” he said after claiming that the team is on the right track.
Flick praised Robert Lewandowski, a striker who needed “confidence” in the summer and who is now “100%” and will win the Spanish top scorer award, and also Frenkie de Jong, a midfielder who is “wonderful and great” for the team.
On Raphinha, who did not play against Girona, the German warned that we must be cautious: “I spoke to him at halftime in case he could play. He was very sincere and told me that he didn't feel too well. He will train on Monday and, hopefully, for the next game he will be ready.”
“He can dribble, he's very quick and he always knows how to pass the ball at the right time. He helps the team a lot,” he added.
He also pointed out the versatility of Eric Garcia, after his 100th game with Barca: “He has always trained very well. He is very professional and I also love that he is very well connected and in tune with all the players”.
