"We can win at least one more title this season"

Barcelona centre-back Pau Cubarsi acknowledged that the match against Rayo Vallecano (1-0) was one of those days when his team had to win to regain the lead in La Liga EA Sports.

“I have a very good feeling because the team has shown its character. These are those games that are difficult to win. It was important to win and we have done so,” said the Catalan player in statements to ‘Movistar LaLiga’ and ‘Esports3’.

The centre-back highlighted that Barcelona managed to keep a clean sheet, although he also regretted that they missed some clear opportunities. “We had chances and, in the end, they're going to be converted,” he specified. Cubarse saw a “clear” penalty from Pathe Ciss to Inigo Martinez that led to the only goal of the match, scored by Robert Lewandowski.

In addition, the young Catalan defender assured that the 'Cules' hope to win some more titles this season apart from the Spanish Super Cup. "I think we can win at least one more title this season... But we have to stay realistic and focus 100% on every game. If we do that, beautiful things can come in the end," he told 'Movistar'.
