"We are not considering selling Araujo"

Ronald Araujo's future seemed to be up in the air. However, Barcelona sporting director Deco assured that they are not considering selling him.

"He is one of Barcelona's key players for the present and the future. We are not considering selling him. We want him to be happy and he demonstrates that on a daily basis. There is nothing to talk about," he told 'Movistar+'.

Deco also explained the club's situation in the January transfer window: "We have Financial Fair Play problems. It's the same problem as many teams in L aLiga, but we're still working."

Meanwhile, according to reports in Germany, Bayern Munich are willing to pay 100 million euros for Ronald Araujo. Nevertheless, the Catalan giants are not even considering letting him leave.
