Watford's Ismaila Sarr to join Olympique Marseille

Ismaila Sarr is set to make his return to France. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Watford striker has reached an agreement with Olympique Marseille on a five-season contract that runs until 2028.

The transfer market journalist adds that the French club and the Hornets also reached an agreement on a transfer worth €10 million plus €12 million in bonuses.

The Senegalese is due to fly to Marseille later today and undergo a medical by Monday at the latest.

This season with Watford in the Championship, the African champion has scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in 39 games. He was transferred to Watford in 2019 for €30 million from Rennes.
