Vlahovic and Kolo Muani 'can play together', says new Juve boss Tudor

Igor Tudor addressed the media for the first time since being appointed as the new Juventus head coach following Thiago Motta's sacking on Monday. The Croatia international will take charge of his first game against Genoa on Saturday in Serie A.
"Emotions are running high, obviously, Juventus is a club everyone would be honoured to coach. I'm eager to get to work, do well, and reach our goal. I have a lot of faith in this team, there are several top players. We haven't had much time to work together, but no excuses," he said.
Tudor spoke on Vlahovic, backing the Serbian striker despite his underwhelming season so far. "He's a top, top player. I'm happy I get to coach him. He has the qualities of a class player, he can score, he's fast, strong, understanding, intelligent, and a leader," the new manager explained.
Kolo Muani has overshadowed the 25-year-old since joining the Turin side on loan from PSG in January. Nevertheless, the former Verona head coach insisted the two can play together if needed. "There's Vlahovic, Kolo Muani, they can also play together, we have plenty of options", he reassured.
The former Verona boss also spared words for Yildiz and Koopmeiners, while also confirming Locatelli will wear the captain's armband. He said: "When a manager leaves, players feel responsible, they feel sorry. But at the same time, I see that they are motivated to reset and restart.
"Koopmeiners and Yildiz as well. They can and must score, they are the kind of players who can make the difference in a game. I will try to incorporate them in a position where they can perform the best. Players must be put where they can feel comfortable and at ease. Locatelli will be the captain."
