VIDEO: Vasco beat Madureira and advance to the final of the 2021 Rio Cup

Vasco were victorious against Madureira in the semi-finals of the Copa Rio on Saturday - check out their victory here!

The home side got off to a good start, Gabriel putting them 1-0 up after 33 minutes. Humberto equalised for the visitors just before the break, however, and the match remained tied until late on. It was striker German Cano who was the difference, making it 2-1 after 82 minutes and securing his side all three points.

With the victory, Vasco da Gama progress to the final, where they will face either Nova Iguacu or Botafogo who play each other this Sunday.
