VIDEO: Spurs have been hit hard by Covid-19 - Conte

Tottenham host Rennes in a Europa Conference League game on Thursday. Kick off is at 21:00 CET. 

Ahead of the game at the Tottenham stadium, the home side have been on the training pitch preparing for the clash. However, there has been a major outbreak of coronavirus at the club which has seen eight players and five coaching staff affected. Tottenham are 2nd on seven points while Rennes are top on 11 points and are guaranteed top spot. Vitesse are 3rd also on seven points while Mura are bottom with three.
