Sampdoria hosted Hellas Verona in a Serie A game on Saturday. 

The home side took home the three points despite falling behind to a 13th minute Darko Lazovic goal. Jakub Jankto levelled seconds into the second half and Manolo Gabbiadini converted a penalty 17 minutes from time. Morten Thorsby sealed the win in the 82nd minute.
