A week after Bayern Munich were crowned Bundesliga Champions, the domestic season rumbled on with relegation and European places still to be decided. 

Matchday 32 kicked off on Friday as Union drew 1-1 with already relegated Greuther Fürth. On Saturday, Mainz shocked Bayern 3-1, Stuttgart and Wolfsburg drew 1-1, as did Herta and Bielefeld, Koln won 1-4 away at Augsburg, Bochum shocked Dortmund 3-4, and Freiburg won at Hoffenheim by the same scoreline. On Monday night, Gladbach beat Leipzig 3-1, and Leverkusen defeated Frankfurt 2-0.
