VIDEO: Midtjylland pick up first Champions League point

Midtjylland travelled to Italy to face Atalanta in a Champions League clash back on 1st December. 

The Danes took the lead with 13 minutes on the clock through Alexander Scholz. They were in front for most of the game, but Cristian Romero got a vital point for the hosts 11 minutes from time. The points were shared and Midtjylland got their first point of the Champions League group stage. Take a look at the highlights from the fixture in the video above!

Atalanta were in second on eight points needing a draw at Ajax on the final day to progress while Midtylland were bottom on one point and out of European competitions. They hosted Liverpool on the last day.
