VIDEO: Ledezma and Bruma seal final day win over PEC Zwolle

PSV travelled to play PEC Zwolle in an Eredivisie match last Sunday. 

PSV took the lead in the 11th minute through Bruma, but the basement boys restored parity four minutes later through Gervane Kastaneer. It remained 1-1 until the interval and then, Richard Ledezma put PSV back in front 17 minutes from time and that proved to be the winner.
