Back in February 2000, Monaco played host to Bordeaux in Ligue 1. The score was 0-0 and John Arne Riise, who would later play for Liverpool, came on as a substitute.

The Norwegian became the hero when he hammered home seven minutes from time to give Monaco the three points. This goal was only the second of Riise's senior career. Take a look at it here!
