VIDEO: Adama Traoré's power and strength training

Adama Traore has been working hard for the Spanish national team - check out his individual training here!
Traore came on as a substitute in his side's 5-0 thrashing of Slovakia in their final match of group E. After Morata missed a penalty, luck finally turned in Spain's favour when Dubravka commically punched the ball into his own net. Laporte then scored his first goal for Spain just before half time, before Sarabia and Ferran Torres scored either side of the hour mark to make it four. A near-perfect result was rounded off by a similarly comical Kucka OG on 71 minutes, making it 0-5 on the scoreline at full time.
As a result of the convincing win, Luis Enrique's side finish second, qualified for the last 16 but two points behind Sweden in top, who stole a late 3-2 win against Poland.
