Toure helped Nantes beat Montpellier back in January 2019. DUGOUT

Nantes played against Montpellier in 2019 and Abdoulaye Touré scored a stunning goal as the home side took away the three points.

In January 2019, Nantes faced Montpellier on matchday 18 of the 2018/19 Ligue 1 season at the Stade de la Beaujoire.

Gaetan Laborde was dismissed for the away side inside 20 minutes and Nantes took advantage when Abdoulaye Toure made it 1-0 with a superb goal in the 62nd minute. Nicolas Pallois sealed the victory nine minutes from time for Nantes.

Nantes moved on to 23 points in 10th place while Montpellier remained in fourth spot on 29 points.
