Valencia already have agreement with Reina in case they sell Cillessen

Pepe Reina already has an agreement with Valencia: if Cillessen leaves, he will go to replace him. The newspaper 'Marca' informs that Valencia's priority is to sell their goalkeeper due to his high wage. In fact, it's quite bad for the balance sheet.
The interest in signing the Spanish goalkeeper from Milan, who was on loan at Aston Villa in the 2019-20 season, was no secret. The new development is that there is an agreement that the deal is ready to happen.
Cillessen's destination could be Ajax, which is the club that has been linked most with signing him. He was formed there and was at the club for various seasons before leaving for Barcelona, from where he went to Valencia.
His market value is 13.7 million euros and is under contract until 2023 so Valencia could get a tidy sum. This would be more than enough to cover the arrival of Pepe Reina. His cost wouldn't even reach a million euros and it is expected that, at 37, he won't demand too much money.
