United are after McGinn

Manchester United have an issue in the middle of the park at the moment. Paul Pogba is nearing the end of his contract as it expires this summer, while other players such as Fred, McTominay and Van de Beek have not met expectations at Old Trafford.
According to 'The Telegraph', one of Manchester United's cheaper options for the coming window is Aston Villa centre-midfielder, John McGinn. The player would be seen as a more economical and realistic option compared to the likes of Declan Rice at West Ham.
The Scottish international has been a key player at Villa Park for some time. He is a hard working player who has the quality to score big goals. For these reasons it would not be a surprise to see him make a move to one of the bigger clubs in England and perhaps beyond.
McGinn currently has a contract at Villa that runs until 2025. The Villains would be asking for 58 million should someone wish to purchase their player. United are ready to fight till the end to secure his signature.
