Tottenham plot £68m bid to secure Eze as Champions League campaign beckons

According to The Mirror, Tottenham Hotspur are ready to meet the £68 million buy-out clause in the player's contract to secure his signing.
The north London side, under new management with Thomas Frank – formerly of Brentford – appear eager to strengthen their forward line ahead of the upcoming campaign.
Eze, 26, was pivotal in Palace's remarkable FA Cup triumph last season, famously scoring the decisive goal in the final against Manchester City, which earned the Eagles their first major trophy in history.
Tottenham had a mixed domestic season but clinched a place in the Champions League after a Europa League final win over Manchester United. With a fresh managerial approach, Spurs are reportedly prioritising adding attacking talent, with Eze high on their list of targets for the summer transfer window.
