Tottenham make their first offer for Lo Celso

Although there is no official confirmation of how much is specified in Lo Celso's buyout clause, everything seems to indicate that it is around 100 million euros. Therefore, the 40 which Tottenham offered is clearly not enough for Betis.
In fact, the offer would be inexplicably low, especially when 'Mundo Deportivo' reports that there have been other offers for 60 and 70 million.
Betis count on Lo Celso, but they would not say no to selling him for his buyout clause or an amount close to it. The immediate future of the footballer will depend largely on his performance at the Copa America for Argentina.
