Tottenham discards option to replace Sissoko

Sissoko will not be replaced by Tottenham. This is the information we are receiving this Thursday from the 'London Evening Standard', as Jose Mourinho is waiting patiently for the midfielder's return.

The source states that the Londoners will only go to the market if any more of their midfielders fall injured. Eriksen and Wanyama could go and, in this case, they would be open to looking.

The 30-year-old Frenchman's right knee had enough and  the player, who has played over 2,000 minutes in 26 games, had to go through surgery earlier this week.

Sissoko will be out until April, a situation similar to that of Harry Kane. That month will surely be marked in red on the calendar of all Spurs fans.
