The teenage star who instils hope into English football

England thrashed Chile 4-0 in their opening game of the U17 World Cup in Kolkata, a competition the Young Lions are favourites to win after finishing runners-up in the European Championships this summer.
Largely thanks to Jadon Sancho's exploits England now hold a commanding position at the top of Group F. Following his move from Manchester City to Borussia Dortmund this summer, his talent is undeniable, and he has begun to underline his credentials with a glowing performance.
The 17-year-old Dortmund starlet first set up Callum Hudson-Odoi after four minutes before he scored twice early in the second half. Will City regret their decision to sell Sancho to the Bundesliga outfit? Only time will tell. One thing is certain, the future is bright.
