Sam Allardyce names the same Sunderland starting XI as he has fielded in their last four Premier League outings, which have seen the team remained unbeaten.

Everton welcome back Ramiro Funes Mori from suspension as one of three changes which also sees Gareth Barry return from injury and Kevin Mirallas replace Oumar Niasse.
