TEAM NEWS: Germany v Slovakia

Germany have made one change from the team that beat Northern Ireland 1-0 in their final group stage match.
Mario Gotze is replaced by Julian Draxler on the left side of midfield, while as expected, Jerome Boateng has overcome a calf injury to take start alongside Mats Hummels in central defence.
After scoring in the last game, Mario Gomez leads the line for Germany once more.
Slovakia on the other hand, have made three changes. Tomas Hubocan, Robert Mak and Viktor Pecovsky drop oit from the squad which started in the 0-0 draw with England.
Norbert Gyomber, Patrik Hrosovsky and Milan Skriniar come into the team to replace them.
