Trent Alexander-Arnold appeared to inadvertently reveal - he did not know he was being filmed - that a member of the England team did not want to take a penalty in a relaxed chat after Saturday's shootout against Switzerland. "He didn't want to take one," he was heard to say, sparking speculation that it was Phil Foden, who replaced him five minutes from the end of extra-time.
