"Szczesny will play in the UCL for sure, although there may be changes in La Liga"

Fresh from winning the Copa del Rey, Barcelona face one of the most important games of the season this Wednesday, as they take on Inter Milan in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals. Hansi Flick at the press conference to analyse the team's current situation. The German highlighted Barca's tough opponents in a key first leg tie for the coach.
"We are focused on the first leg. Inter are a very difficult team. They have one of the best defences in Europe and a very good midfield. It's going to be a difficult game, but we're ready for it," said the German.
"They play with a lot of players in the middle and we have to protect certain spaces. For us it will be important to keep the ball and reduce our mistakes. They are coming from three defeats, but the Champions League is different to what can happen in local tournaments. Everyone gives 100 per cent and it doesn't matter about past games," added Flick.
"I have seen the players well both physically and mentally. Winning a final against Real Madrid is very special. The match was very exciting. Now we are focused on Inter. We have a chance to reach the Champions League final. It's a dream to be here. "Inter played on Sunday and have had fewer hours to prepare. All the players in both teams will give their maximum," he said.
He also spoke about the return of Ter Stegen which has reopened the goalkeeping debate, although Flick, at least for the Champions League, seems to be clear. "Szczesny will play in the Champions League. I'm sure he will. Maybe Ter Stegen can come in for La Liga, but we'll see," he argued.
