Solskjaer speaks out on Pogba's future

At OId Trafford all eyes are on Paul Pogba, as his possible departure is on everyone's lips. PSG are the ones to have shown the most interest, as they prepare to line up a 36-million-euro bid for the midfielder.
United kicked off their pre-season with a 4-2 defeat away to QPR this Saturday. After the match, Solskjaer reflected on his side's performances. Naturally, the media took the opportunity to ask him about Pogba's situation.
"All that I've ever heard with Paul is he's looking forward to the season," Solskjaer said in statements made to 'The Sun'. The manager feels the player is motivated and believes that he will be staying in Manchester.
Regarding the possibility that he might leave the club, Solskjaer explained that the issue is in the hands of the club and Pogba's agent. "The talks are ongoing between Paul's representatives and the club's representatives," he stated.
It remains to be seen whether the saga resolves itself soon. Pogba is contracted at the club until 2022 and, if United don't convince him to renew, he will be able to leave on a free transfer in a year's time.
