Sevilla keep an eye on Ten Hag: he wants Acuna for his United team

Sevilla are keeping a close eye on Erik ten Hag. In England they say that the Dutch coach wants Marcos Acuña for Manchester United for next season, according to 'Ole'.

The Red Devils need to bolster their squad for next season, as the club's priority is to return to the Champions League sooner rather than later. In addition, the board is clear that in order not to disappoint Ten Hag, they must offer him as many variants as possible for his squad. 

Left-back is one of the positions where United have had the most problems this season, as neither Luke Shaw nor Alex Telles have been at their best. Therefore, the arrival of Acuña would mean more competition and a guaranteed player for the position.

Fortunately for Sevilla fans, the Argentinian's departure will not be a slam dunk. Acuña has a contract with the club until 2025 and is one of the key cogs in Julen Lopetegui's machinery, which is why Nervion will be selling his head at a high price.
