Semenyo pokes Cherries into early lead at Anfield

Bournemouth came out all guns blazing at Anfield. The Cherries were looking for their first win at Anfield after being held to a draw by West Ham in their Premier League opener.
Like the visitors, Liverpool were also seeking their first three points after the Reds took just one point from a 1-1 draw with Chelsea in Matchday 1.
However, the Anfield crowd was silenced just three minutes after kick-off when Semenyo gave the Cherries the lead.
Solanke received the ball on the edge of the box and tried to dribble past Van Dijk and Robertson. The left-back almost managed to win the ball back, but it was an unmarked Semenyo who capitalised to score the opener beating Alisson with an incredible low effort to the far post.
