Scunthorpe's Holmes set for Derby move
According to 'Sky Sports', Holmes will now discuss personal terms and undergo a medical with the 'Rams'.
Holmes was key as Scunthorpe reached last season's play-offs in League One, scoring 9 goals and assisting 5 more for the 'Iron'.
The winger began his career with Huddersfield and also spent time on loan at Bury and Yeovil before moving to Scunthorpe.
Derby yesterday completed the £5m signing of striker Martyn Waghorn, who is their eighth summer addition.
