Scaloni explains Lisandro Martinez's withdrawal from Argentina squad

On Friday, Lionel Scaloni provided an update on Lisandro Martinez's injury following the defender's decision to return to England to continue his recovery with Manchester United.

The Argentina manager confirmed that Martinez has been struggling with a hip issue, which led to his premature departure from the national team camp.
