Ronaldo gives green light for Jorge Jesus to join Al-Nassr

Al-Nassr continue to look to the future with optimism as they finalise the appointment of the new coach. Following Stefano Pioli's departure, Jorge Jesus was the favourite and the Portuguese manager has accepted the proposal made by the Saudi club, according to Santi Aouna.
The Foot Mercato journalist reported that Jesus has spoken to Cristiano Ronaldo, who has given the green light for the club to sign his compatriot. Both parties are currently negotiating to reach an agreement as soon as possible.
Almost two months ago, Jorge Jesus was dismissed by Al-Hilal with five games left in the campaign. The Portuguese manager, who won three trophies in his second spell at the Al-Za'eem — a Saudi League, a King's Cup, and an Arabian Super Cup — lost his job but is about to return to action.
Fabrizio Romano, transfer specialist journalist, has echoed this news and considers Jesus' arrival at Al-Nassr sealed. The Saudi side has launched a new project, in which Ronaldo plays a key role following his recent contract renewal until 2027.
