The manager tripped Christian Negut and was sent to the stands. Telekom Sport Direct

Manager Emil Sandoi was sent to the changing rooms by the referee after tackling Romanian striker Cristian Neguț as he attempted ran down the wing.

Manager of Arges Pitesti Emil Sandoi was dismissed by the referee after he took out the opposition winger.

The 53-year-old did apologise for his actions, and claimed that the ball was going out, but was still sent to the stands.

Winger Negut was breaking free, and Sandoi took the opportunity to send the forward tumbling.

The referee didn't hesitate in sending the manager to the stands.

Emil Sandoi is likely to be disciplined by the Romanian FA following the incident.
