Real Valladolid v Barcelona - Preview and possible lineups

Real Valladolid: Just under half Valladolid's league goals were scored by Jaime Mata last season, but the striker has since been sold on to Getafe. Valladolin could struggle to replace his attacking prowess. The newly promoted side had an extremely quiet spell in the transfer window, and it will be near impossible for them to match the stars of Barcelona. To top it off, one of their only summer signings, winger Ivi Lopez has been ruled out due to an achilles problem.
Barcelona: After a storming performance as a substitute against Alaves, Coutinho could have played himself into Valverde's starting XI for Saturday's clash. Arturo Vidal could also make his competitive debut after being left out against Alaves. Coutinho is likely to replace Dembele in the attacking third, while Vidal, alongside Malcom, Arthur and Lenglet will likely start on the bench before making an appearance. Suarez looked off pace and sluggish against Alaves, which may lead to some rotation in Valverde's squad. Barcelona only have one minor injury concern, as back-up goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has been ruled out due to injury, but Jokin Ezkieta is likely to replace him on the bench.

Valverde on their opponents: "Valladolid are a team that plays very well, with the lines close together"
