"Real Madrid gave me a plan, and I still believe in it"

After his clash with Szoboszlai, Arda Guler was in the limelight during the international break. He was key to Turkey's promotion to the A League, precisely in that play-off against Hungary, and after the FIFA date he is now back on the club level to focus on a season with Real Madrid in which he aspires to play a more important role. Speaking precisely about his present and future in 'Los Blancos', Arda Guler is still confident of being a key player at Madrid: "They gave me a plan and I still believe in it. I'm sure I'll succeed at Madrid, I've even bought a house there. I work very hard and I'm always ready to play, as you saw in this match against Hungary.

He closed with a message to the fans: "I love Real Madrid fans and their support is a great value for me, I am very grateful to them. I came to Real Madrid to play and to be an important part of this team and I don't intend to stop fighting until I achieve it".

In his second season as a ‘Merengue’ player, Arda Guler has made 31 appearances, but only 10 as a starter. His minute tally stands at 1,058' at this stage and is complemented by three goals and five assists.
