The controversial Itlaian guided his side to just one win, one draw and seven defeats in his nine games in charge and leaves them sitting bottom of the Ukranian Premier League.
His final game at the helm was a 3-1 home loss against Olympic Donetsk on Saturday.
A Champions Legaue winner as a player, Ravanelli signed a one-year deal with the club back in June, but has since complained of "difficult conditions", including players not being paid.
The role was just Ravanelli's second as a manager, following a similarly disastrous spell in Ligue 1 with Ajaccio in 2013.
