Rashford trains with Barcelona and set to enter club's top five earners

While footballers' salaries are rarely disclosed with precision, estimates can be made.
Rashford's current wage at Manchester United, as reported by The Telegraph, has been reduced by 25% this season due to the club's failure to qualify for the Champions League.
That has brought his annual salary down to approximately €14.7 million—or around €282,000 per week—which will no longer be paid by Old Trafford but instead by Spotify Camp Nou.
The British newspaper reports that under the terms of the loan deal taking Rashford to Barcelona, the Catalan club will assume the full cost of his wages. The agreement is now complete, pending only official confirmation.
Rashford trained separately at Barcelona's training complex on Tuesday morning, ahead of his integration with the rest of the squad.
Barcelona's highest earners currently include Robert Lewandowski (€400,000 per week; €20.8 million per year), Frenkie de Jong (€365,000; €19 million), Lamine Yamal (€320,000; €16.6 million), Raphinha (€280,000; €14.6 million) and Jules Kounde (€260,000; €13.5 million).
Rashford, should the reported figures prove accurate, would comfortably break into the club's top five earners—overtaking Raphinha.
The Telegraph also states that Barcelona have secured a purchase option for Rashford. Spanish news agency EFE reports the clause to be worth €30 million.
Given that Nico Williams—Barcelona's initial priority this summer—had a release clause of €58 million, which has since increased by roughly 50% following his renewal with Athletic Club, it appears that the funds once earmarked for the Bilbao winger have now been redirected towards the Manchester United star.
