It was a busy first half at the Emirates Stadium. Arsenal and Man Utd met in a historic Premier League clash and lived up to expectations in the first 45 minutes.

The clash between Arsenal and Manchester United is living up to expectations. During the first 45 minutes both teams created numerous chances but neither team was able to take the lead at half-time.

Although the Gunners started better than the Red Devils, it was the latter who took the lead in the 17th minute at the Emirates Stadium.

Saka losed the ball to Bruno Fernandes, the Portuguese gave it to Rashford, who dribbled past Thomas before hitting a brilliant strike from 25 yards. Seven minutes later, Nkeatiah scored the equaliser for Arsenal. A lovely play involving Xhaka, White, Odegaard and Zinchenko saw the ball played to Xhaka on the far side and his cross in was headed home by Nketiah.

In the 54th minute Saka gave Arteta's side the lead with a long-range strike from the edge of the area that beat De Gea. However, six minutes later Lisandro Martinez brought the scores level again.
