Puel: Schmeichel will stay at Leicester

Despite rumours that Chelsea are considering a move for the Danish intenational, Puel has denied claims that he may leave.
The Leicester city boss wants to hold on to the 31-year-old goalkeeper, who helped them finish ninth in the Premier League last season.
Speaking to 'Sky Sports' following Leicester's 4-1 win over Notts County in pre-season, Puel said:
"I am not troubled about this."
"Of course Kasper is a very important player for us. He had a very strong World Cup. We need Kasper, with his character, his performance and his consistency."
When he was asked if he was aware of any offers for the Dane, he said: "No. There is no problem with this."
"There is a lot of speculation at this moment, it is normal."
Schmeichel will face more competition for his spot this season, following the signing of Danny Ward from Liverpool.
"I think he can bring more competition to the squad and more possibilities," the Leicester boss said.
"It is a good thing to have competition between players in the squad to develop desire."
"It gives good focus and concentration."
