Palhinha reveals three national teams have impressed him the most at Euro 2024

Portugal midfielder Joao Palhinha on Saturday highlighted Spain, the best in the group stage, among the best teams so far at Euro 2024, saying they are "very strong", along with Austria, "the surprise package", and Germany, who have also played "at a high level".

"We were four players and the coach asked us this question. Personally, I look at two teams: Spain, who are always very strong, and Austria, who are the surprise package of this European Championship. I see them as very strong. Germany are also at a very high level. I think they are the strongest," said the Fulham midfielder at a press conference, who will lead his side into the last 16 of the tournament in Frankfurt on Monday.

In their last match they lost 2-0 to Georgia.
