Osasuna considering filing a complaint against Barca for IMPROPER lineup

The Navarre club, according to information from 'COPE', is considering the possibility of appealing the match due to the improper lineup of Inigo Martinez.

The centre-back did not attend Luis de la Fuente's call-up due to injury. The crux of the matter lies in the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players. In Annex 1 of the Article, it specifies that “if a player fails to appear or withdraws from the national team due to injury, he may not play for his club for five days after the last match of the international break, unless the national association expressly releases the player”.
