Origi and Shaqiri on the way out

Despite comments from Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp in which he admitted he did not need more players, sales could force them to scour the market at the last minute. 

In fact, Adama Traore's name has been linked with Liverpool in the coming days. According to the 'Daily Star', the Premier League side have insisted on buying the Spaniard. 

It is understandable given that two of their attackers are close to leaving the club before the end of the month. 

One of those is Xherdan Shaqiri, who had been sought after by La Liga clubs, although it looks like he will move to Lyon. They have reportedly agreed on a contract. 

The other player is Divock Origi. At the age of 26, he has yet to win a place in the team, excluding his fantastic 2019-20 campaign. Since then, the Belgian's participations have reduced considerably and the footballer is looking for a new challenge in Europe," 'AS' reports.
