Shakhtar have announced this Friday that they have reached an agreement with Real Madrid for the loaning out of footballer Vinicius Tobias until the end of the 2022-23 season.

Real Madrid have another Vinicius. This time, it is Vinicius Augusto Tobias Da Silva and he is an 18 year-old footballer who arrived at Shakhtar Donetsk for six million euros.

Madrid and the Ukrainian side reached an agreement which was made official on Friday by Shakhtar. The confirmed that a loan deal had been agreed until the end of the 2022-23 season.

According to the terms of this agreement, Madrid have the option to buy Vinicius Tobias before 30th June 2023 although the amount they would have to pay him has not been agreed.

The right back joins Real Madrid without having made his debut for the Ukrainina side, which he joined in January 2022. However, he did train with their first team.

As he turned 18 on 23rd February, the deal does not break FIFA rules and the defender will link up with Real Madrid Castilla (the B team).

The first team coach Carlo Ancelotti will follow him very closely and it might not be too long before Tobias is selected for the first team. The player now knows his new teammates because he has seen Real Madrid's facilities.
