OFFICIAL: Inter sign Lautaro Martinez

The 20-year-old has left Racing Club after three years at the clun, joining Inter Milan for an undisclosed fee. He has signed a five-year contract with the Italian side, which will keep him there until 2023.

Martinez is seen as one of Argentinian football's rising stars and, after impressing at Racing Club, he has secured a move to Europe to continue his development. 

The young forward has recorded great stats in the Argentinian league, providing 18 goals and four assists for Racing Club in 28 games this season.

He is known for his quality on the ball and his eye for a goal, and he will now try and bring his skillset to the Serie A, under the guidance of Luciano Spaletti.

He has been widely expected to make the move to Inter for a while now, but the transfer was finally confirmed on July 4, and he will soon join up with the club as they begin their pre-season training.
