OFFICIAL: Amrabat leaves Watford for Al Nassr

The player was one of Morocco's brightest performers at the World Cup in Russia, and impressed many despite them exiting in the group stage of the competition.

Having spent last season out on loan at Spanish side Leganes, where he made 35 appearances in all competitions, it was likely that the player would be making a permanent move away from Vickarage Road this summer.

Amrabat joined the Premier League side from Malaga in 2016, and was a regular in 2016-17 as he made 29 appearances in the league for the Hornets.

However, he quickly fell out of favour at the club and so returned to La Liga on loan.

With the winger wanting regular game time, he has opted to join Al Nassr on a three-year deal that for a fee believed to be in the region of £4 million.

The Moroccan international could get his first game for the club in the Arab Club Champions League on 7th August as they face off against Al Jazira.
