OFFICIAL: Allegri returns to Juventus

It was a well known secret and now it is official. Max Allegri returns to Turin to take over at Juventus for the 2021-22 season.
There has been a lot of talk over Allegri's return to Juve in the last few hours. He had been away from two years on a well deserved break.
Although the club have not given details about his new contract, media outlets like 'Goal' say that he has agreed to stay at the club until 2025.
Just a couple of hours after Andrea Pirlo's departure was officially announced, the 'Bianconeri' took to social media to publish a curious image.

It took just minutes for Juventus fans to recognise it was a map of Minnesota. There is a reason for this.
In 2018, Allegri said after winning a trophy for Juventus: "Once I had a bet on a horse, Minnesota. The bookies told me that it was more likely I'd coach in Seire A than for that horse to win. Minnesota won and I coached in Serie A."

In his first spell at Juventus, which lasted from 2014 until 2019, Allegri made history: he won five Serie A titles, four Coppa Italias, two Italian Super Cups and reached the Champions League final twice in three years.
Juventus have given the 53 year-old a warm welcome on his return: "Now we are ready to begin again with Allegri, to build our future together; with his enormous professionalism, his moral strength, with the brilliant ideas of a coach capable of shuffling the cards, both on and off the pitch. With his smile, a sort of "signature". With his way of understanding football and life with simplicity, with his desire to play things down and with the commitment to enjoy every beautiful moment that being at Juventus can give and will give."
