O'Neill encourages Graham Burke to embrace national call-up

Burke joined the Rovers earlier this year and has managed to tally up 14 goals in just 11 appearances for the club, earning his place in the national squad.
O'Neill told 'Sky Sports': ''He has a nice ability. Sometimes when you are looking at a game and someone is standing out in a particular match, then you think 'is he capable of doing that?' Let's say, for instance, in the Premier League.''
The forward had played at Aston Villa in his earliest professional years, but did not make any appearances in the Premier League during that time.
O'Neill noted: ''He has come back from Villa, that might be for a number of reasons. It might be homesickness, maybe he didn't get the proper break - I really don't know.''
''I have, during my time, put some players into the squad that have made a peripheral squad and then dropped out.''
Republic of Ireland will play a friendly against Scottish club Celtic, before travelling to Paris and Dublin to face France and the US respectively.
