Nicolas Jackson back in training with Villarreal

Villarreal striker Nicolas Jackson has returned to training with his teammates on Wednesday after suffering a muscle injury.

The 21-year-old was unable to sign for Southampton due to this injury which kept him out of action for two months. Jackson failed medical tests and had to return to Villarreal.

The striker will still have to attend training sessions but cannot yet play in a competitive match.

The Spanish team already have available several players who were injured such as Alfonso Pedraza, Gerard Moreno and Gio Lo Celso.
